Riot Fest just answered the question every Chicago punk has been asking since the lineup dropped: who plays what day. The single-day lineups for Riot Fest 2026 are here, and the daily splits are stacked top to bottom.
The festival returns to Douglass Park in Chicago on September 18, 19, and 20. Single-day tickets go on sale tomorrow, June 18, at 10 AM. Here is how the three days shake out.
Friday, September 18
Friday is led by Twenty One Pilots, Iggy Pop, Rise Against, and Pixies, with Alkaline Trio, The All-American Rejects, Sex Pistols (featuring Frank Carter), and Santigold right behind them. Stack on Motion City Soundtrack, Bayside, GWAR, 3OH!3, Tricky, Slick Rick, Guttermouth, and Mariachi El Bronx, plus a deep undercard including Fleshwater, Bratmobile, Violet Grohl, Soul Glo, and Greet Death, and day one is a marathon.
Saturday, September 19
Saturday might be the heaviest day of the weekend. Tool, Morrissey, Social Distortion, and Nas headline, backed by Bad Religion, Sugar, and Bright Eyes. Then you have got Descendents, Gogol Bordello, Public Image Ltd, PUP, Thrice, Less Than Jake, and Brian Fallon & The Painkillers, with The Suicide Machines, Destroy Boys, The Chats, Yard Act, Chat Pile, Strike Anywhere, and Melt-Banana deeper down.
Sunday, September 20
Sunday leans emo and icons in the best way. Pierce The Veil, Alanis Morissette, Elvis Costello & The Imposters, and The Format sit up top, with Patti Smith and Her Band and Twin Peaks close behind. Add Taking Back Sunday, Insane Clown Posse, Pennywise, The Beths, Cartel, and Bowling For Soup, plus an emo and indie undercard for the ages: Sincere Engineer, Arm’s Length, Saturdays At Your Place, Dead To Me, The Flatliners, Algernon Cadwallader, Remember Sports, and more.
