PeelingFlesh and Ingrown Are Hitting the Road Together This July

PeelingFlesh just dropped a fresh batch of tour dates and this lineup is nasty. The Oklahoma City slam outfit is teaming up with Idahoan hardcore band Ingrown for a ten-date run through the U.S. this July, and if you're into anything heavy, this one needs to be on your radar.
The tour kicks off July 15 in Lawrence, KS and works its way through the Midwest and Southwest before wrapping up in California. On top of the club dates, PeelingFlesh will also be making appearances at Inkcarceration Festival in Mansfield, OH on July 17 and Vans Warped Tour in Long Beach, CA on July 26. Worth noting, Ingrown will not be on the Long Beach Warped Tour date.

Why This Pairing Works
If you're not familiar with PeelingFlesh, they describe themselves as "slamming gangster groove" and honestly that's about as accurate as it gets. They blend slamming brutal death metal with hardcore influences, and their songs are loaded with hip-hop and Blaxploitation film samples that give everything this grimy, unhinged energy. The band formed out of the ashes of the deathcore outfit Strangled, and they've been building momentum ever since signing to Unique Leader Records.
Their most recent release, PF Radio 2, is out now on Unique Leader, and they've been in the studio with producer Dave Otero (known for his work with Archspire and Cattle Decapitation) working on new material. No album title or release date yet, but the fact that they're deep in the creative process while running this hard of a touring schedule says a lot.
On the other side of this bill, Ingrown out of Idaho have been turning heads since their debut album GUN in 2021. They dropped their second album Idaho in March 2025 on Closed Casket Activities, and that record is a ripping 18 minutes of hardcore and powerviolence that pulls from death metal and thrash without ever losing its raw edge. The band proudly lists Obituary, No Comment, 25 Ta Life, and Waylon Jennings as influences, and if that doesn't tell you everything you need to know, I don't know what will.
A Stacked 2026 for PeelingFlesh
This July run is just one piece of a seriously busy year for PeelingFlesh. They already knocked out a spring tour with Kruelty and Bayway, played headlining shows in Japan back in March, and have summer dates supporting Sanguisugabogg in Australia. Beyond this July tour, they're also confirmed for Louder Than Life in Louisville this September. The band also brought in new bassist Chip Smith earlier this year after Austin Hirom stepped away to focus on family.
I'll be real, the combination of PeelingFlesh and Ingrown on the same bill is going to make for some of the most violent shows of the summer. These are small to mid-size venues for the most part, so it's going to be up close and personal.
Get Tickets
Tickets for the club dates should be available through individual venue sites. You can also check PeelingFlesh on Ticketmaster or Bandsintown for direct ticket links as they go live. For the Vans Warped Tour Long Beach date on July 26, tickets are available through Front Gate Tickets.
Don't sleep on this one. These rooms are going to be packed and sweaty and exactly what summer shows should be.
