This is the tour announcement that's been years in the making. Killswitch Engage and Machine Head are finally hitting the road together this June, and honestly, it feels like the stars have aligned perfectly. These two metalcore legends have shared history and mutual respect for decades, but this will be their first proper tour together.

The June run kicks off in Detroit on the 3rd and wraps up in San Francisco on the 27th, hitting all the major cities you'd want to see. But here's what has me really excited: they're bringing Iron Reagan and Havok along for the ride. This is a stacked lineup that's going to absolutely demolish every venue they roll into.

Tour Highlights

The tour includes some seriously iconic venues. The Hollywood Palladium date on June 25th is going to be absolutely massive. If you've never experienced heavy music in that venue, you're in for something special. The acoustics and energy there are unmatched.

Other standout stops include the Brooklyn Paramount on June 11th, The Fillmore Detroit for the opener, and Atlanta's Tabernacle on the 17th. Plus they're hitting Milwaukee Metal Fest and DC Warped Tour Weekend, so festival fans get their fix too.

Perfect Timing

This tour comes at the perfect time for Killswitch. They're riding high off their latest album This Consequence, which dropped in February 2025 and gave them their first top 10 mainstream rock hit with I Believe. Jesse Leach sounds as fired up as ever, and you can tell they're ready to bring that energy to these massive rooms.

Robb Flynn put it perfectly when he said this tour is about connection, intensity, and reminding people why heavy music hits hardest when it's experienced together. After Machine Head's three-hour European shows earlier this year, they're going to bring that same relentless energy to these U.S. dates.

This is Killswitch's first headlining U.S. tour since last summer's massive Summer Of Loud run with Beartooth, I Prevail, and Parkway Drive. Don't sleep on this one. Big rooms, big crowds, big nights. This is exactly where metalcore belongs.
