Inkcarceration 2026 Drops Its Daily Lineup and It Goes Extremely Hard

Over 65 bands, a haunted prison, free tattoos, and three of the heaviest nights of the summer. Inkcarceration 2026 just dropped its full daily lineup for July 17 through 19 at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio, and honestly, this bill is one of the most well-rounded rock and metal lineups of the entire summer.
Now in its eighth year, Inkcarceration pulled in a record 90,000-plus fans in 2025 and has sold out every year since 2021. The festival has been nominated for Pollstar's Global Music Festival of the Year (Under 30k) two years running. This year looks like it's about to raise the bar again.
Let's break it down day by day.
Friday, July 17
Friday kicks things off with Disturbed headlining, supported by Papa Roach, Cypress Hill, and Hollywood Undead. That top four alone is worth the price of admission. Below them you've got Starset, Tech N9ne, Jinjer, Memphis May Fire, Rev Theory, Dying Wish, Sanguisugabogg, Entheos, Snuffed on Sight, and more. Friday's undercard is packed with some of the best names in underground heavy music right now.
Saturday, July 18
Saturday might be the most interesting day on paper. Bad Omens will headline their first major US festival here, which is a huge milestone for that band. Their recent South American stadium run absolutely blew up on social media, and they've got a North American arena tour lined up for early 2026 with Beartooth and President in support. By the time they hit Mansfield in July, momentum is going to be at an all-time high.
Sharing the day with them are Gojira, The Used, Sleeping With Sirens, Poppy, Machine Head, Hatebreed, Lacuna Coil, LANDMVRKS, Spite, King 810, and a deep list of others. Gojira are also headlining Rock Fest in Cadott, Wisconsin (July 16 through 18) alongside Limp Bizkit and The Offspring, plus they have European stadium shows with Metallica this year. They're everywhere in 2026, and rightfully so.
I'll also note that Sleeping With Sirens will be celebrating 15 years of Let's Cheers To This with a special anniversary set. If that album meant something to you, Saturday is your day.
Sunday, July 19

Limp Bizkit closes out the whole weekend on Sunday, and I'll be real, it's going to be emotional. The band has continued touring after the passing of co-founding bassist Sam Rivers, and their return to the stage in late 2025, including an emotional video tribute to Rivers at their Mexico City show, proved they're carrying on with purpose.
The Sunday support is absolutely stacked. A Day to Remember, Motionless in White, Ice Nine Kills, Lorna Shore, Fit for a King, Escape the Fate, Alien Ant Farm, Miss May I, Norma Jean, Silent Planet, Born of Osiris, and more. Alien Ant Farm will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of ANThology, and Get Scared and The Crimson Armada are both reuniting for the occasion.
Beyond the Music
If you haven't been to Inkcarceration before, the venue itself is a huge part of the experience. The Ohio State Reformatory is the actual filming location for The Shawshank Redemption, and all festival passes include free admission to tour the reformatory. Over 100 tattoo artists will also be on site at Monster Energy Tattoo X throughout the weekend. Mansfield is about an hour from Cleveland, Columbus, and Canton/Akron, so it's easy to get to from most of Ohio and the surrounding region.
The economic impact has been massive too. The 2025 edition brought in $11.3 million to the local area, and the festival has generated over $60 million in total economic impact since launching in 2018.
Tickets and Passes
3-Day, single day GA, and VIP passes are on sale now starting at just $1 down with a layaway plan. Students with a valid .edu email can grab a Single Day GA Pass for $125 all-in. Military, nurses, firefighters, and police personnel can access specially priced passes through GOVX.
There are also combo passes if you're doing the DWP festival circuit this year. The SonINK Pass bundles a 4-Day Stadium GA Pass to Sonic Temple (May 14 through 18, 2026) with a 3-Day GA Pass to Inkcarceration. The LoudINK Pass bundles Inkcarceration with a 4-Day GA Pass to Louder Than Life (September 17 through 20, 2026 in Louisville, KY). Both are solid value if you're planning to hit multiple weekends.
Inkcarceration has sold out five years in a row, so if you're thinking about going, don't sit on it. Grab your passes here before they're gone.
