Hatebreed just dropped the second leg of the 2026 Summer Slaughter Tour, and if you thought leg one looked mean, this lineup might be even nastier. Terror, Incantation, Gates to Hell, Torture, and Creeping Death are all on board. The run launches August 20 in Albuquerque and tears through the US and Canada into mid-September.

Tickets go on sale Friday, May 29 at 10 AM local time. You can grab them over at the official Summer Slaughter site.

About That Support Lineup

I'll be real, the addition of Terror on this leg is huge. The California hardcore crew has been on a tear lately, playing BNB Bowl just this past weekend and recently being added to the Hellfest NJ lineup happening July 3-5 at The Dome at Adventure Crossing in Jackson, NJ. Having them on a bill with Hatebreed for an extended run? That's going to be chaos every single night.

Incantation already joined up for the final five dates of leg one, so clearly this pairing works. Adding old school death metal legends to a hardcore-driven bill just makes the whole thing hit different. Then you've got Creeping Death, Gates to Hell, and Torture rounding things out. Top to bottom, there's not a weak slot on this bill.

Summer Slaughter Keeps Growing

Frontman Jamey Jasta took control of the Summer Slaughter brand in 2025, and it's been on a serious upswing since. The tour came back in 2024 after a long hiatus, Hatebreed headlined the 2025 run with rotating support from Malevolence, Bleeding Through, Escuela Grind, and others, and now the 2026 edition is already two legs deep. That's a good sign for the heavy music touring circuit.

Leg one is already rolling through July with Devourment, Snuffed on Sight, Balmora, and Face Yourself handling support on those dates. With Incantation joining for the tail end of leg one and then carrying over into leg two, there's some nice continuity there.

New Hatebreed Album Is Coming

Here's the other thing to keep an eye on. Hatebreed have a ninth studio album that's reportedly pretty much done, with guitarist Frank Novinec confirming on the Hardlore podcast that it's planned for release later this year. Their last full-length, Weight of the False Self, came out back in 2020, so this has been a long time coming.

Jasta described the upcoming record as their "most ignorant, heavy, caveman-esque record yet," saying the band went back to basics and played on all their strengths. They teased a new song from the album as recently as May 16. On top of that, word got out that the band has been re-recording their 1996 EP Under the Knife alongside the new LP. If any of that new material starts showing up in the Summer Slaughter setlists, these shows are going to be something else.

Don't Sleep on This

Honestly, a lineup of Hatebreed and Terror on the same bill is worth the ticket price alone. Add Incantation and Creeping Death into the mix and you've got one of the heaviest packages of the summer. These rooms are going to be sweaty, loud, and exactly what this kind of music is supposed to feel like.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, May 29 at 10 AM local. Hit thesummerslaughtertour.com and lock in your dates before they sell out.
