ERRA Announces Drift Anniversary Tour With a Stacked September Run

ERRA just announced the Drift Outlives The Earth Tour and if you've been waiting for a reason to finally catch them in a room, this is the one. The band is celebrating ten years of Drift with a 13-date North American run in September 2026, and the setlist is pulling exclusively from Drift and their newest album, Silence Outlives The Earth. No deep cuts from the back catalog here. Just those two records, front to back energy.
I'll be real, Drift turning ten feels wild. That album dropped on April 8, 2016 through Sumerian Records and it completely shifted what people expected from ERRA. It was the first record with vocalist J.T. Cavey and it pushed the progressive metalcore sound into territory that still holds up a decade later. Pairing that anniversary set with material from Silence Outlives The Earth, which dropped just this past March through UNFD, is a smart move. You get the nostalgia and the evolution in one night.
Support on the Run
The support lineup is no joke either. Vianova, Chamber, and Resolve are all along for the ride. Vianova is a Berlin-based melodic metalcore act that's been building serious momentum with nearly 170,000 monthly Spotify listeners, and this tour would mark a big North American push for them. Chamber out of Nashville just dropped This Is Goodbye... back in March 2026, so they'll have fresh material to unleash. If you know their brand of dissonant, chaotic heaviness, you know these sets are going to hit different.

Why This Tour Matters
ERRA has been one of the most consistent bands in the progressive metalcore space since forming in Birmingham, Alabama back in 2009. Only two founding members remain in the current lineup, drummer Alex Ballew and guitarist/clean vocalist Jesse Cash, but the five-piece has never sounded tighter. Silence Outlives The Earth is already their seventh full-length, produced by Daniel Braunstein, and it's been getting strong critical reception since its March release. Reviewers have called it the band at their best, praising the balance between the heavier djent elements and more accessible songwriting.
They've already been out on a massive co-headlining run with Currents earlier this year, selling out rooms in Cleveland, New York, Chicago, Denver, and Anaheim. European and UK dates with Currents are locked in for later in 2026 too. So the momentum is very real right now.
Getting a curated set that only draws from Drift and Silence Outlives The Earth is a rare thing. You don't often see bands commit to that kind of focused setlist, and honestly it makes the show feel more like an event than a standard tour stop. If you've been sitting on these records for years, this is your chance to hear them the way they were meant to be experienced.
Don't sleep on this one. Presale is live now, general on-sale is tomorrow. These rooms aren't massive, and ERRA has been selling out left and right. Lock in your tickets.
