Chiodos Announce Leg 2 of Their Comeback Tour With a Stacked Lineup

Chiodos are not slowing down. Just one day after dropping "TAPDAT", their first new single in over a decade, the post-hardcore outfit has announced leg 2 of the It's Not You It's Me tour. And the support lineup? Emery, Hail The Sun, and Evergreen Terrace. Yeah, this one's going to be a problem.

The New Chapter Nobody Expected

If you've been following this comeback, you know the trajectory has been wild. Chiodos went fully inactive back in 2016. Craig Owens relaunched the band in 2024 with a brand new backing lineup, and that return set at When We Were Young in Las Vegas reminded everyone exactly why this band matters. Sold-out headline dates, festival appearances at Warped Tour and Louder Than Life, all of it building to where they are right now.

Then came the news that "Baby, You Wouldn't Last A Minute On The Creek" was officially certified Gold by the RIAA in 2025. That track has had a chokehold on the scene for nearly two decades, and now it's got the plaque to prove it.

Now with a new home at SharpTone Records and "TAPDAT" officially out in the world as of July 21, Craig Owens isn't treating this like a nostalgia run. He put it plainly: "We are stronger, more focused than ever and eager to continue the story I've been waiting 12 years to tell." Produced by Keith Sorrells, the single pushes the band's sound into new territory while keeping the unpredictable energy that made Chiodos who they are.

Leg 2 Dates

The second leg of the It's Not You It's Me tour kicks off in October with six dates across the South, Texas, and Las Vegas. Emery, Hail The Sun, and Evergreen Terrace provide support on the club dates, making this one of the most stacked post-hardcore bills you'll see this fall.

That Furnace Fest date is worth highlighting. The festival returns to Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham on October 10-11 with a lineup that includes Bring Me the Horizon, A Day To Remember, Underoath (playing Define the Great Line in its entirety), Circa Survive, Motionless In White, and dozens more. Chiodos land on the Saturday bill alongside Hail The Sun and Emery, who are also on the festival lineup independently. Tickets for Furnace Fest are on sale now.

The Support Lineup Is Ridiculous

I'll be real, the support on this run is just as exciting as the headliner. Emery have been holding it down in post-hardcore for over two decades out of Seattle and they still bring it every single night. Hail The Sun just came off a spring 2026 headlining tour behind their seventh studio album cut. turn. fade. back., which dropped in October 2025 via Equal Vision Records. That band is on a different level live. And then you've got Evergreen Terrace out of Jacksonville, who've been tearing through metalcore since 1999. Craig Chaney's clean hooks and Andrew Carey's screams are a combination that never gets old.

Four bands, all of them veterans, all of them still actively putting out work. That's the kind of bill where you show up early and stay for every set.

But First, The Summer Run

Before leg 2 even starts, Chiodos have a full summer headline tour kicking off July 30 in Denver at the Fillmore Auditorium. That run features support from 156/Silence, Sace6, and Second Harbour, hitting cities across the western U.S. and Canada through late August. Here's the full routing:
