Stick Figure Brings the Enjoy the Ride Tour to North Island Amphitheatre in 2027

Stick Figure just dropped the news we've been waiting for. The reggae heavyweights are hitting the road next summer for the Enjoy the Ride Tour, a 17-city North American run that includes a stop at North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista on July 10, 2027. If you're anywhere near San Diego, this is the one to circle on your calendar right now.
The band announced this tour exactly one year out from the first show, which is a move I honestly respect. Life gets hectic. Giving fans a full year to plan, save up, and lock in travel makes a huge difference, especially for a fanbase as dedicated as this one.
The Chula Vista Show
North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre is the perfect setting for a Stick Figure show. Warm summer night, outdoor venue, laid-back dub reggae filling the air. It practically sells itself. The July 10th date lands right in the middle of the tour run, so the band should be locked in and firing on all cylinders by the time they reach Southern California.
If you've ever caught Stick Figure live, you already know the energy is something else. If you haven't seen them yet, a summer amphitheatre show in Chula Vista is a pretty ideal introduction. No support acts have been announced yet, but I'd expect that to change as we get closer to presale week.
Tickets and Presale Info
Presales start tomorrow, Tuesday, June 2nd. General on-sale follows on Friday, June 5th at 10 AM local time. You can grab tickets through Ticketmaster, AXS, or check all dates on Stick Figure's official events page.
This is being billed as their biggest tour yet, and with amphitheatre-sized venues across the board, they're clearly scaling up in a major way.

Why This Tour Matters
I'll be real, Stick Figure has been on one of the more interesting runs in modern reggae. Led by singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Scott Woodruff, the project started as a solo recording endeavor and has grown into a full-band touring force. The live lineup features Kevin "KBong" Bong on keyboards, Kevin Offitzer on drums, Tommy Suliman on bass, Johnny Cosmic on guitar and keys, and Will Phillips on percussion. And yes, Cocoa the Tour Dog is still part of the crew.
They've been recognized by Forbes and Billboard as the top-selling living reggae artist by total consumption worldwide. They've surpassed billions of streams across eight studio albums, including World on Fire, Wisdom, and Set in Stone. Their 2019 album World on Fire peaked at #34 on the Billboard Top 200 and hit #1 on both the Independent and Reggae album charts. That kind of crossover doesn't happen by accident.
The "Angels Above Me" Moment
If you've been online at all in 2026, you've probably heard the name Stick Figure even if you didn't realize it. Their 2019 single "Angels Above Me" from the World on Fire album experienced a wild resurgence after an unauthorized AI-generated dance remix called "Run Run River" went completely viral on TikTok. The fraudulent remix hit #1 on iTunes charts across much of Europe, became the #2 most Shazamed song globally, and topped Apple Music charts in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, and Ireland.
The band was not involved. Woodruff posted about it in May 2026, saying he woke up to discover the AI remix topping charts, and the band confirmed on Instagram that they didn't authorize it and weren't credited as writers. Their label, Ineffable Records, has been issuing takedown notices, but described the process as "whack-a-mole." It's a wild situation that's put Stick Figure at the center of one of the biggest conversations happening in the music industry right now around AI and artist rights.
New Music on the Way
On top of the tour announcement, Stick Figure confirmed they're working on a brand new studio album expected to drop before the tour kicks off. Their most recent full-length, Wisdom, came out in September 2022 and was recorded at the band's own Great Stone Studios in Oakland, CA. In November 2025, they also dropped "Free Flow Sessions", a remixed and reimagined album featuring 12 dub-style reggae riddims including six brand new tracks. So there's been a steady creative output building toward whatever comes next.
New album plus biggest tour yet. That's a strong combo heading into summer 2027.
Don't Sleep on Presale
Presales go live tomorrow, June 2nd. General on-sale is Friday, June 5th at 10 AM local. For the Chula Vista date specifically, head to Ticketmaster or stickfigure.com to lock in your spot. Amphitheatre shows for an act with this kind of fanbase tend to move fast, so if you want to be there on July 10th, act early.
