No Cure Announce Massive North American Headlining Tour for Summer 2026

No Cure is about to make a whole lot of cities significantly heavier this summer. The Birmingham, Alabama straight edge hardcore unit just announced a massive 25-date North American headlining tour called "A Darkness Is Spreading Across North America," and the lineup they've put together for this thing is no joke.
Joining them on the road are Big Ass Truck I.E., Bayway, and Boltcutter. That's a brutal top to bottom bill for anyone who likes their hardcore loud, fast, and mean. Tickets go on sale this Friday, May 8.
No Cure at Their Peak
If you've been paying attention to the hardcore scene over the last few years, you already know No Cure has been on a tear since forming in 2021. They've dropped a steady stream of releases, from their debut EP …For the Stainless Steel in 2022 all the way through to their SharpTone Records release I Hope I Die Here, which came out in December 2024. That EP was described by the band as "a love letter to Alabama and the Southeastern experience," and honestly, you can hear it. The thing is heavy, conceptual, and features guests from Gideon, Yautja, MyChildrenMyBride, and more.
This band mixes death metal, black metal, and heavy hardcore in a way that carries the straight edge flame with as much venom as Earth Crisis did in the '90s, but with an even harder sound. They've also been through some real adversity. In September 2024, vocalist Blaythe Steuer and bassist Jake Murnane were both stabbed while trying to break up a fight after their set at The Cobra in Nashville. Thankfully, they both recovered and were back at it within days. That tells you everything you need to know about this band.
The Support Acts
Big Ass Truck I.E. is the San Bernardino beatdown hardcore act that recently signed to Nuclear Blast Records. Over the last year they've been tearing up stages with Terror, Comeback Kid, and Stick to Your Guns, plus festival appearances at Welcome To Rockville, LDB Fest, Sound & Fury, and Warped Tour. Their brand of cataclysmic hardcore is built for the pit. They'll be on most dates, though they won't be at the Oxnard or Oklahoma City stops.
Bayway brings that raw New Jersey hardcore energy. The Elizabeth, NJ crew formed in late 2022 and has been going nonstop since, blending hardcore and rap influences with a no-frills attitude that's pulled in a growing fanbase. Their timing on this tour is perfect because they have a new album, The Recipe, dropping July 4 on Trustkill Records, just days before this tour kicks off.

Rounding out the bill is Boltcutter out of Eugene, Oregon. They play a filthy mix of hardcore, beatdown, and slam, and their 2025 release Still Broke has been gaining traction. If you like your music low-tuned and mean, check them out on Bandcamp.

Don't Sleep on This
I'll be real, this is one of the most exciting hardcore packages of the summer. Four bands that all bring something different to the table, playing rooms that are going to be absolute chaos. A lot of these are smaller, intimate venues too, so these shows are going to be intense.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, May 8. Follow No Cure on Instagram for ticket links and updates. If one of these dates is anywhere near you, get in that room.
