Des Rocs at El Rey Theater: Old-School Glam With Grit

If you've ever wondered what it was like to experience some of that old-school glam rock with a bit of that gritty blues feel woven in, I'd say Des Rocs is right up your alley. There was no ease into the stylized energy of frontman Danny Rocco when he ran out on that stage ready to give everyone the show they came to see.

His personality is so magnetically theatrical and in your face without being too overwhelming. And the music alone is so catchy and electric that it's hard not to at least nod your head along with a bit of stank face twisting your features from the riffs.
