The Black Dahlia Murder and The Acacia Strain Destroy House of Blues in Melodic Death Metal Chaos
The Black Dahlia Murder has been one of the most successful melodic death metal bands in music and will continue to be for years to come. They delivered a striking show with a golden lineup featuring The Acacia Strain as direct support, along with Disembodied Tyrant and Corpse Pile. This tour was of huge success, with tickets selling out everywhere. The Acacia Strain's calling card has always been eerie, dissonant, ringing guitars, and the crowd screeched when those guitars echoed through the venue. They immediately started with their almost deathcore sounding opener, featuring their iconic metalcore breakdowns. The dark ringing sound resonated throughout the entire venue, triggering massive crowd response when Beast came on - everyone stomped back and forth across the floor. Then came their legendary closer Carbomb, known to be one of their most violent songs, with the crowd at an all time high - legs flying in the air, heads spinning, arms flailing. When The Black Dahlia Murder marched onto the stage, they were ready to turn the venue upside down, delivering another masterclass in melodic death metal excellence.
